Terms of Use

Effective July 28, 2026

Part One

Privacy Policy

Stak72 (“Stak72,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit stak72.ai, submit a form, register for an event, book a call, purchase or use a service, or otherwise communicate with us.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, telephone number, company, professional role, business details, form responses, meeting information, payment-related details, and the contents of messages or files you send us.

We may also collect technical and usage information automatically, such as IP address, browser and device type, referring pages, pages viewed, approximate location, dates and times of visits, and interactions with our website, emails, forms, or advertisements. We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for these purposes.

2. How We Use Information

We may use personal information to:

  • provide, operate, personalize, and improve our website and services;
  • process registrations, assessments, bookings, purchases, and requests;
  • communicate about webinars, appointments, services, and account activity;
  • send marketing communications where permitted by law;
  • measure website, campaign, and content performance;
  • protect our systems, prevent fraud, and enforce our terms; and
  • meet legal, regulatory, tax, and record-keeping obligations.

3. Consent and Communications

By submitting a form or registering for an event, you consent to receive communications related to your request. Where you separately consent to marketing, we may also send educational, promotional, or service-related messages by email, telephone, or text message. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchase.

Where stated at the point of collection, calls or text messages may be sent using automated technology or an artificial or prerecorded voice. Your consent applies only to the telephone number you provide and may be withdrawn at any time. Message frequency varies.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any such email and may opt out of text messages by replying STOP. You may also ask us not to call you again. We honour opt-out requests as required by Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation, the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and other applicable laws. We may still send transactional or administrative messages when necessary.

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, understand usage, remember preferences, and evaluate marketing. These technologies may be provided by third parties, including website hosting, analytics, advertising, scheduling, customer relationship management, payment, video conferencing, and form providers.

You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where available, through platform privacy controls. Blocking some technologies may affect site functionality.

5. When We Share Information

We do not sell personal information for money. We may disclose identifiers, contact information, commercial information, and internet or device activity to service providers and contractors that help us operate our business, including providers of hosting, analytics, advertising, forms, CRM, email, scheduling, payments, document storage, automation, and professional services. They may use information only as needed to perform services for us, subject to their agreements and policies.

We may allow advertising and analytics partners, such as Meta, to collect identifiers and internet or device activity through pixels, cookies, or similar technologies. They may use this information to measure advertising and show ads based on your activity. Some U.S. state laws may define this activity as “selling,” “sharing,” or processing personal information for targeted advertising, even though no money changes hands.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate misuse, or as part of a financing, merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or part of our business.

6. International Processing and Retention

Our service providers may process information in Canada, the United States, or other countries. As a result, information may be subject to the laws and lawful access requirements of those jurisdictions.

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices and Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, or ask questions about our privacy practices. Some information may need to be retained where permitted or required by law.

To make a privacy request, email info@stak72.ai. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

9. Additional U.S. State Privacy Notice

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Iowa, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and other states with applicable comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights, subject to legal thresholds and exceptions. These may include the right to know or confirm whether we process personal information, access it, correct inaccuracies, delete it, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of targeted advertising, certain profiling, or the sale or sharing of personal information.

During the preceding 12 months, we may have collected and disclosed the categories described in Sections 1 and 5 for the business and commercial purposes described in Section 2. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.

To exercise an applicable U.S. state privacy right or opt out of targeted advertising or sale/sharing, email info@stak72.ai with the subject “U.S. Privacy Request” and identify your state and request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law; we may request proof of authority and identity. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision and stating that you wish to appeal.

California residents may also request information about the categories of personal information collected, sources, purposes, and categories of recipients. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics or for purposes requiring a right to limit under California law.

10. Children

Our website and services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or by other appropriate means.

Part Two

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of stak72.ai and any content, forms, webinars, downloads, assessments, or other resources made available through the website. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the site only for lawful purposes.

You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy the site at scale, impersonate another person, infringe intellectual property rights, or use the site in a way that could harm Stak72 or others.

2. Educational and Advisory Information

Website content, webinars, assessments, and free resources are provided for general educational and informational purposes. They are not legal, financial, accounting, tax, employment, cybersecurity, or other regulated professional advice. Decisions should be made based on your circumstances and, where appropriate, with qualified professional advice.

Paid services may be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, service agreement, or order form. If there is a conflict, that separate agreement controls for the applicable paid service.

3. AI and Business Results

Artificial intelligence systems can produce incomplete, inaccurate, biased, or inconsistent outputs. Search, recommendation, ranking, lead, revenue, cost-saving, and other business outcomes depend on factors outside our control. Stak72 does not guarantee any placement, ranking, performance, earnings, savings, lead volume, or other result.

You remain responsible for reviewing outputs, protecting confidential information, complying with applicable laws and professional obligations, and deciding whether and how to implement any strategy or tool.

4. Intellectual Property

The site and its content—including text, branding, graphics, frameworks, presentations, videos, downloads, and software—are owned by or licensed to Stak72 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the site for your own lawful, internal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, sublicense, publish, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

5. Information You Submit

You retain ownership of information and materials you submit. You grant us the rights reasonably necessary to receive, host, process, and use them to respond to you, deliver requested services, operate our business, and meet legal obligations. You represent that you have the right to provide anything you submit and that doing so does not violate another person’s rights or any law.

6. Third-Party Services and Links

The site may use or link to third-party services. Stak72 does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, services, availability, security, content, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or collateral, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stak72 and its owners, personnel, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, opportunities, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to the site or its content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising from the site or these terms will not exceed the greater of CAD $100 or the amount you paid us specifically for access to the item giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stak72 and its owners, personnel, contractors, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the site, your breach of these terms, or materials you submit, except to the extent caused by our own unlawful conduct.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or terminate access to the site if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, created a security risk, or used the site unlawfully. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to applicable consumer protection law, disputes will be submitted to the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you cannot lawfully waive under the consumer protection or privacy laws of your U.S. state or other place of residence.

12. General Terms

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any terms expressly incorporated by reference, are the entire agreement regarding use of the site. If any provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganization, financing, merger, or sale.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

13. Contact
