Privacy Policy
Stak72 (“Stak72,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit stak72.ai, submit a form, register for an event, book a call, purchase or use a service, or otherwise communicate with us.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, telephone number, company, professional role, business details, form responses, meeting information, payment-related details, and the contents of messages or files you send us.
We may also collect technical and usage information automatically, such as IP address, browser and device type, referring pages, pages viewed, approximate location, dates and times of visits, and interactions with our website, emails, forms, or advertisements. We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for these purposes.
2. How We Use Information
We may use personal information to:
- provide, operate, personalize, and improve our website and services;
- process registrations, assessments, bookings, purchases, and requests;
- communicate about webinars, appointments, services, and account activity;
- send marketing communications where permitted by law;
- measure website, campaign, and content performance;
- protect our systems, prevent fraud, and enforce our terms; and
- meet legal, regulatory, tax, and record-keeping obligations.
3. Consent and Communications
By submitting a form or registering for an event, you consent to receive communications related to your request. Where you separately consent to marketing, we may also send educational, promotional, or service-related messages by email, telephone, or text message. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchase.
Where stated at the point of collection, calls or text messages may be sent using automated technology or an artificial or prerecorded voice. Your consent applies only to the telephone number you provide and may be withdrawn at any time. Message frequency varies.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any such email and may opt out of text messages by replying STOP. You may also ask us not to call you again. We honour opt-out requests as required by Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation, the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and other applicable laws. We may still send transactional or administrative messages when necessary.
4. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, understand usage, remember preferences, and evaluate marketing. These technologies may be provided by third parties, including website hosting, analytics, advertising, scheduling, customer relationship management, payment, video conferencing, and form providers.
You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where available, through platform privacy controls. Blocking some technologies may affect site functionality.
5. When We Share Information
We do not sell personal information for money. We may disclose identifiers, contact information, commercial information, and internet or device activity to service providers and contractors that help us operate our business, including providers of hosting, analytics, advertising, forms, CRM, email, scheduling, payments, document storage, automation, and professional services. They may use information only as needed to perform services for us, subject to their agreements and policies.
We may allow advertising and analytics partners, such as Meta, to collect identifiers and internet or device activity through pixels, cookies, or similar technologies. They may use this information to measure advertising and show ads based on your activity. Some U.S. state laws may define this activity as “selling,” “sharing,” or processing personal information for targeted advertising, even though no money changes hands.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate misuse, or as part of a financing, merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or part of our business.
6. International Processing and Retention
Our service providers may process information in Canada, the United States, or other countries. As a result, information may be subject to the laws and lawful access requirements of those jurisdictions.
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Choices and Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, or ask questions about our privacy practices. Some information may need to be retained where permitted or required by law.
To make a privacy request, email info@stak72.ai. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

These may include the right to know or confirm whether we process personal information, access it, correct inaccuracies, delete it, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of targeted advertising, certain profiling, or the sale or sharing of personal information.
During the preceding 12 months, we may have collected and disclosed the categories described in Sections 1 and 5 for the business and commercial purposes described in Section 2. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
To exercise an applicable U.S. state privacy right or opt out of targeted advertising or sale/sharing, email info@stak72.ai with the subject “U.S. Privacy Request” and identify your state and request. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision and stating that you wish to appeal.
California residents may also request information about the categories of personal information collected, sources, purposes, and categories of recipients.
