AI adds a rocket ship of energy to what you're doing. The first step is to make sure the rocket is pointed in the right direction otherwise you'll just end up floating and lost in space.
20 Years
In The Trenches
Mitch Parker spent 17 years as a real estate broker in Toronto and has close to 20 years of industry experience. He has worked extensively in residential client-side transactions, held the title of VP of Sales at a large development marketing firm, and built, operated, and managed successful residential sales teams.
When AI started transforming how businesses operate, Mitch saw the opportunity through the lens of someone who had lived the industry's bottlenecks firsthand — slow follow-up, underused databases, inconsistent sales processes, poor CRM adoption, and teams stretched too thin to execute properly.
He parked his real estate license and went all in on AI strategy, implementation, and systems design, studying how modern AI could be applied to real estate sales, operations, lead engagement, and database reactivation in practical, revenue-focused ways.
That work led him to found BrokerNest AI, a voice and SMS technology platform built to help real estate businesses engage new leads, re-engage old databases, and convert more opportunities through faster, smarter follow-up.
But as he worked deeper in the space, Mitch realized that most real estate businesses were not actually ready to leverage AI effectively. The issue was not just the technology — it was the foundation underneath it. Broken follow-up, unclear processes, weak data, and operational bottlenecks were preventing companies from getting real leverage from the tools available to them.
That insight led to Stak72: a strategy-first consulting and implementation company for real estate businesses. Through its proprietary assessment model, Stak72 identifies the bottlenecks, gaps, and highest-leverage opportunities inside a business, then provides a practical roadmap for systems, automation, and AI implementation designed to create measurable impact — often paying for itself within the first month.
